How it Works

Students who study abroad during the fall or spring semesters are enrolled at a host university and complete 12-18 PBA credit hours while abroad. Summer semesters require 3-9 PBA credit hours. With more than 20 locations available, students will be able to find the experience that is best for them.

Where You Can Study*

(This is just a sampling, not an exhaustive list.)

  • London, England
  • Oxford, England
  • Florence or Rome, Italy
  • Dunedin, New Zealand
  • Jerusalem, Israel
  • Kampala, Uganda
  • Klaipėda, Lithuania
  • Paris, France
  • Prague, Czech Republic
  • Seoul, South Korea
  • Quito, Ecuador
  • Cusco, Peru

Requirements

Students must have Junior academic standing (60+ credit hours) and must have completed two semesters at PBA prior to their semester abroad. Students are encouraged to start planning as early as their first semester to chart out their degree plan for a study abroad semester.

If you are interested in studying abroad, your next step is to set up an advising meeting with the study abroad advisor who can help direct you to a program that best fits your specific interests and degree requirements. Email the advisor at RCEL@ejly.net to request an appointment. [Current students can] browse the program opportunities on their own at this resource.
